Allan Madan, BA, MAcc, CPA, CA
Chartered Accountant, CPA, & FounderAllan Madan is a Chartered Accountant, CPA and Tax Expert and enjoys working with business owners, individuals and entrepreneurs:
- Allan has over 12 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to founding Madan Chartered Accountant in Mississauga, he worked for the prestigious firm Deloitte for 6 years, where he held the position of International Tax Manager
- He has completed Parts 1 and 2 of the Canadian In Depth Tax Course, which is the most comprehensive tax training in Canada
- Allan has been involved in many complex, tax reorganization transactions for Canadian companies
- He has appeared on financial & business television shows, including BNN and Til Debt Do Us Part
- Allan is a real estate tax expert and is an avid real estate investor in Canada and abroad
Gurrai Birdi, H.B.Com, CGA
ManagerGurrai is a recently-designated Certified General Accountant (CGA) and has experience in financial accounting and taxation for small to midsize businesses and individuals. He now uses his extensive knowledge to ensure clients reach their financial goals by minimizing tax and through financial strategies. He is currently focusing on estate planning, international taxation, corporate restructuring and business taxation.
Sandeep Multani, H.B.Com, CA Candidate
Senior AccountantSandeep formerly worked for a midsize CA firm in downtown Toronto before joining Madan Chartered Accountant. He has extensive experience in United States cross-border tax issues, small business taxes and accounting. He is an University of Toronto alumni with a focus on economics and accounting.
Stefan Moldovanu, H.BBA, CA Candidate
Staff AccountantStefan joined Madan Chartered Accountant after graduating from Wilfrid Laurier's accredited program in order to pursue his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation. He has experience in international tax, including:
- Taxes for Non-residents of Canada
- Taxes for US expatriates working in Canada
- Canadians investing in US real estate
He also prepares Canadian personal and corporate income tax returns.
Jessie Li, HBA, CA Candidate
Staff AccountantJessie graduated from ICAO's accredited accounting program at Richard Ivey School of Business in order to pursue her CA designation. She is responsible for the integration of the CRM software with our business operations while managing internal controls. She also has experience in personal and corporate income tax preparation and CRA tax audits.
Imran Zafar, Certified Accountant
Senior AccountantImran specializes in corporate tax return preparation for medium size and large companies. He also focuses on tax compliance for US companies doing business in Canada, Canadian family trusts, and Canadian partnerships.
Dimple Madan, BBA
Dimple is responsible for client billings, internal accounts receivable and internal accounts payable.
Reetu Khuggar, BBA
Reetu is working toward her CMA designation. At Madan, she is in charge of accounts receivable, customer invoices, collections and bookkeeping.
Emma Li
Emma Li is our friendly receptionist. She coordinates appointments and she is in charge of office administration.
