Hi there,
I was wondering if you could help me. My current situation is that am working for a recruiting agency but subcontracted out to work for a different company. My contract with the recruiting firm ends at the end of August but that different company would like to extend my contract with them as an independent contractor. What steps would I need to do in order to set myself up as an independent contractor?
Many thanks,
Warren
Hi Warren,
Incorporate a Canadian company and enter into an independent contractor agreement with the company. For further information, please send an email to amadan@madanca.com or contact my assistant Navpreet, navpreet@madanca.com and she can set up a time for us to speak.
